County Councillor Simon Geraghty is our Cabinet Member for Planning, Economy & Performance (PEP). Simon took on the role in May 2007.

Simon is an elected County Councillor from Worcester, where he represents the Riverside division. He is one of seven Cabinet Members with specific responsibilities who report to the Leader of the Council.

Simon’s role makes him the accountable County Councillor for all issues about PEP and that affect the work of PEP.

Diane Tilley
Director of Planning, Economy & Performance

Diane Tilley is our Director of Planning, Economy & Performance (PEP).

Diane has been responsible for the directorate and its services since its creation in October 2005.

As a director, Diane is an employee of the council rather than an elected Councillor. She works closely with Councillor Simon Geraghty, the council’s Cabinet Member for PEP, and is responsible for putting County Councillors’ decisions into practice across the whole directorate.
